Job Description

Flowly Solutions is hiring for several assembly line employees for our production team.

These are full time positions with opportunities for overtime if the workload allows it. The schedule will be Monday through Friday, no weekend work will be required. You must be available to work a minimum of 40 hours weekly.

No prior experience is required for this position. We are willing to train the right candidate if they are eager to learn. This job is very physically involved and is a fast paced working environment. You must be willing to complete tasks based on a production deadline.

We are a relocation business specializing in moving, assembling and repair. We offer a variety of other services as well.

Responsibilities:

• Packaging items on an assembly line accurately and effectively
• Working quickly and completing production orders timely
• Printing shipping labels off of a computer and applying them to outgoing orders
• Gathering items from throughout the facility to be used in production
• Checking the final product to locate production defects or errors
• Reporting issues in production to your team manager 
• Effectively communicating and working with your team to complete projects
• Completing a variety warehouse duties if there is no work available on the production line
• Stacking items on shelves to ensure raw materials are readily available at all times

Qualifications:

• Prior experience in a production or warehouse environment is preferred but it is not required
• The willingness to work in a fast paced production environment
• The ability to lift 30 pounds and stand for the entire work day
• Learning new job responsibilities 
• Reliable transportation to work
• No formal education is required
