Job Description

• Work Directly with the Parts Director and Assist with Daily Operations of the 7-OEM Brand Parts Department (Ford, Toyota, Chrysler, Dodge, Jeep, Ram, Isuzu Truck)
• Forecasting parts needs and ordering parts to maintain optimal inventory levels
• Monitoring the current parts inventory
• Pricing parts to maintain profitability
• Receiving parts, including placing them into inventory and properly labeling them
• Overseeing special orders
• Collaborating with service managers, advisors, and/or technicians to ensure all parts are available for repair jobs
• Hiring, supervising and training parts department staff members
• Other duties as assigned

Requirements

• Prior parts management experience in a dealership preferred
• Ford, Toyota, Chrysler, Dodge, Jeep, Ram and/or Isuzu experience Preferred
• Familiarity with Reynolds & Reynolds a Plus
• Management and Parts inventory experience is required
• Enjoy working in a fast-paced environment
• Positive, friendly attitude, along with a customer service mentality
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Math, Reading and Basic Computer skills
• Excellent oral and written communication skills
• Professional appearance and work ethic
• Must have a valid PA driver's license with good driving record
• Ability to lift 50 pounds
