Job Description:

As a Pharmacy Manager, you will be responsible for managing the pharmacy technicians within our pharmacy services call center. The pharmacy services team coordinates care and is a liaison between patients, providers, and pharmacies to ensure access to medication, refills and address barriers to adherence. You will oversee department and departmental policies and procedures, training, communication, and function as an "SME" leading medication adherence and clinical pharmacy initiatives in a fast-paced environment.

Must have requirements:

• IL State CPHT License AND PTCB/NHA License is required
• Knowledge of diabetes oral meds, BP meds and Cholesterol meds - knowledge will be tested during an interview
• 3-5 years of relevant work experience in pharmacy operations, managed care, and/or retail environment.
• Experience of managing, coaching performance management teams.

Schedule- M-F 8a-5p CST, every Wednesday work from home, rest of the week in office. OT is not required and no weekends.

Pay Ranges- 60-65k/year (depending on experience)

Projected Start Date- October 13th

Dress Attire- Business casual in office
