The employee
is required to work any shift and schedule in a variety of settings throughout
the hospital and may be required to work overtime and float to other work
locations as determined by the operational needs of the hospital. All employees
are required to have an annual health review and repeat health reviews whenever
necessary to ascertain that they are free from symptoms indicating the presence
of infection and are able to safely perform their essential job duties.

Demonstrated ability to maintain professional therapeutic relationships with patients, to assist them with problem solving, and to teach/model principles of the norm of non-violence. Demonstrates good staff/patient boundaries and monitors and assists others to help them maintain theirs.
Knowledge of SVP Commitments (WIC 6600), PC 2684 and PC 2972 Commitments. Knowledge of DSM-IV TR and DM V based mental illnesses and evidence based skills/interventions Please note, transcripts are required with the submission of your State application. Reimbursement for relocation expenses are available up to $1,000 pursuant to operational needs and fund availability. Reimbursement amounts and per diem rates will be based on the candidate’s prospective classification as outlined in the bargaining unit agreement of the CalHR rules.
