A great hospital facility near Natchitoches, LA is seeking a full-time, permanent Director of Quality and Risk to join their team!

Competitive compensation and relocation assistance is negotiable.

Salary: $85,000.00 - $110,000.00/year

The Director of Quality and Risk Opportunity:

• Full-time, permanent, direct-hire position
  
• Relocation assistance is negotiable

• The Director of Quality and Risk is responsible for ensuring the facility is in compliance with all regulatory agencies/entities and in line with facility policies and procedures
  
• The Director of Quality and Risk role will be comprised of 75% quality review duties and 25% risk management responsibilities with 2-3 direct reports
  
• A clinical (RN) candidate is desired for this role, but this opportunity is open to those with equivalent hospital quality and risk management experience
  

Director of Quality and Risk Qualifications:

• Must have a bachelor’s in nursing degree
  
• Must be a licensed Registered Nurse
  
• Previous experience in quality and/or risk management within a hospital setting is required
