Position Title : Weaver

Report to: Plant Supervisor

Major Functions: Willing to learn all functions of the weaving operation.

Competency Requirements:

Qualification: Have a willingness to learn a new skill, have a great work ethic and positive attitude!

Requirements

Required Skills and Ability:

• Employee must be physically able to work in areas so as to not harm themselves or others, and must be able to safely use machinery and tools.
• Understand and verify quality through the use of gauges, tools, specs, and charts.
• Employee must understand how to fill out all paperwork for all areas.
• Must work well as a team.
• Employee must be able to communicate with the lead, quality tech, or supervisor any issues they may find that affects the performance of the area, or product.
• Skill level - entry level.
• Other activities as designated by supervisor. May include, but not limited to the following...

Work Environment:

Employee may be exposed to moving machinery, loud noise and vibration. Employees may be exposed to dust.

Education/Training Requirement:

This position required on the job training. A minimum of a high school diploma or GED must be held by employee to qualify for this position.
