Our highly qualified staff includes a Board Certified Medical Doctor, Licensed Aestheticians, Registered Nurses, a Nurse Practitioner, and other friendly, helpful staff who are familiar with state of the art, affordable, anti-aging treatments.

Job Summary:

Ageless Health Instituteis looking for a skilled and organized medical front desk associate to join our team. The candidate will perform a combination of administrative and clinical tasks, and a key part of our overall client delivery team. As the first point of contact for most clients, the candidate will be responsible for creating a maintaining an environment where all clients feel welcomed, valued, and supported.

FLSA Status: Non Exempt

Duties/Responsibilities:

  • Greeting clients professionally both in person and on the phone
  • Quickly answering or properly referring questions and issues
  • Ensure client satisfaction with efficient scheduling
  • Updating practice management software with appropriate client notes and client documentation
  • Verifying financial records and collecting patient charges with the practice management software
  • Supporting office inventory and equipment by anticipating supply needs and expediting supply orders
  • Checking-out clients and ensuring billing accuracy
  • Social Media Management:
    • Capture content in the clinic daily
    • Create engaging and visually appealing content including reels and stories for the clinic's social media accounts (Facebook and Instagram).
    • Schedule and post content daily to maintain a consistent online presence.
    • Monitor and respond to comments and direct messages in a timely and professional manner.
    • Engage with the online community, fostering positive relationships and addressing any inquiries or concerns.
    • Collaborate with the marketing team to align social media efforts with overall marketing strategies.
    • Analyze social media metrics to measure the success of campaigns and suggest improvements.
