  • Communicate and collaborate across departments as it pertains to 3C’s systems: work closely with gameplay design and engineers, as well as production in managing the prioritization, implementation, and scope of the game’s systems as they pertain to camera, controls and character.

  • Follow the code quality standards set by the team.

  • Collaborate with everyone on the team and across disciplines in achieving the overall vision of the game.

  • Solicit and incorporate feedback from team members regarding existing systems.

Qualifications

  • Proven success in creating compelling and innovative 3Cs systems in 3rd person, multiplayer games.

  • Extensive knowledge of current game titles, as well as movies and other visual arts, to use as reference for crafting and communicating original ideas.

  • The ability to communicate fluently with engineering, art, narrative and production.

  • Candidates must have a US work permit or citizenship, or Canadian citizenship.

  • Curiosity, kindness, and a positive and professional can-do attitude.

The expected annual salary range for this position is $125,000 - $185,000, negotiable, for US hires. Salary offered will be based upon a number of factors, including but not limited to: skill set, years and quality of experience, and suitability for the role.
