Salary: $18/hour

Job Summary:

The Human Resources Staffing Coordinator isresponsible for managing TDECs staffing needs by identifying hiring requirements, recruiting candidates, scheduling interviews, and onboarding new employees, all while collaborating closely with different departments to maintain optimal staffing levels across the organization;essentially acting as the central point for recruitment and workforce planning within the HR department.

PART-TIME REMOTE POSITION

M/W/F (8AM-5PM)

SCHEDULE MAY VARY DUE TO DEPARTMENT NEEDS

Duties/Responsibilities :

• Recruitment:

• • Posting job openings on various platforms
  • Screening resumes and conducting initial candidate interviews
  • Coordinating with hiring managers to identify staffing needs
  • Sourcing candidates through networking, job boards, and recruitment agencies
• Onboarding:
  • Preparing new hire paperwork and conducting orientation sessions
  • Facilitating introductions to team members and departments
• Reporting and Analysis:
  • Generating staffing reports to track key metrics like vacancy rates and hiring trends
  • Identifying areas for improvement in recruitment and staffing strategies
  • Analyzing data to inform workforce planning decisions
• Compliance:
  • Ensuring adherence to employment laws regarding hiring, onboarding, and termination processes
  • Maintaining accurate employee records and documentation

Required skills :

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact with candidates, hiring managers, and employees at all levels
• Strong organizational and time management abilities to handle multiple tasks and deadlines
• Proficiency in Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and HR software
• Knowledge of recruitment strategies and best practices
• Ability to analyze data and generate insightful reports

Education and experience :

• Prior experience in a recruitment or HR coordinator role preferred
• Prior related office experience required

Physical Requirements :

Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer.

Must be in commutable distance to Butler, PA.
