\nJob Summary:
\nTrane Technologies has an exciting opportunity for an onsite position in our Engineering Test Laboratory in La Crosse, Wisconsin as a Compressor Testing Supervisor supporting applied compressor testing. Your primary function is to supervise a team of technicians in building, testing and qualifying Trane Technology’s compression products. The job requires leading, problem solving, and collaboration with other lab and engineering team members to ensure timely completion of new product, new technology, sustainability, quality improvement, and agency compliance projects. This position is salaried.

\nQualifications:
\n· Associate degree or 2-year equivalent technical degree and 10+ years of work, education and/or supervisory experience in related field
\n· Proficiency with Microsoft Office products (Excel, Word, Outlook) required
\n· Previous supervisory or project team leadership experience is preferred
\n \nKey Competencies:
\nCompensation:
\nBase Pay Range: $75,000-$110,000
\n\n
Total compensation for this role will include a commission/incentive plan. Disclaimer: This base pay range is based on US national averages. Actual base pay could be a result of seniority, merit, geographic location where the work is performed.
