Location: 11120 Gravelly Lake Dr SW, Suite 1, Lakewood, WA 98499.

Requirements:

• Property and Casualty License
• Minimum of 1-2 years of insurance experience
• Willingness to work as a Commercial Lines CSR/Account Manager
• Commitment to continuing education
• Strong time management, attention to detail, and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication skills, including the ability to write clear emails and other correspondences
• Experience using EPIC/Applied for client management
• References preferred

Responsibilities:

• Support producers with daily service needs of insureds, such as Certificates of Insurance (COIs) and policy changes
• Assist with renewals and new business for producers
• No direct selling unless a customer requires a new line of business
• Flexible to meet customer needs, managing multiple tasks effectively
• Be proactive in solving client issues, utilizing team expertise for support

Office Information:

• Small office with access to multiple carriers for a wide range of customer needs
• 75-80% of business in commercial lines, focusing on contractors, farms, restaurants, bars, sports clubs, property accounts, and small BOPs for offices
• Business hours: 9 am - 5 pm daily
