Job Responsibilities:

- Build and nurture relationships with referral partners such as realtors, financial advisors, and bank branches.
- Identify and pursue partnership opportunities by engaging in company-sponsored events and direct-to-consumer activities.
- Gain a thorough understanding of our products, policies, procedures, and underwriting requirements.
- Analyze detailed financial and credit information to match consumer needs with the appropriate loan programs and risk levels.
- Enhance our visibility and presence in the marketplace.

Requirements:

- Valid NMLS state license is required.
- At least 1 year of successful external or retail mortgage origination experience, with a focus on self-sourced business.
- Proven track record in sales, with the ability to meet production standards.
- Comprehensive knowledge of FNMA/FHLMC, FHA/VA guidelines and all aspects of real estate transactions.
