UWorld’s illustration team is growing! We are seeking a talented medical Illustrator to collaborate with a team of animators, physicians, nurses, and scientists to create effective animations and illustrations for our educational apps. A successful candidate will have outstanding draftsmanship skills, an eye for illustration and a passion for education. Minimum Education: Master’s degree in medical illustration or related field Minimum Experience: 1-2 years of experience in the field of medical illustration Exceptional proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite (ie. Photoshop, Illustrator) Experience working in ZBrush and Cinema 4D or Maya is a plus Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities: Have experience in storyboarding, 3D modelling, texture mapping. Confidently work in an environment with high expectations Demonstrated excellence in figure drawing and human anatomy Be receptive to continuous feedback from peers and management Have excellent attention to detail and organizational skills Develop new skills rapidly Have basic animation skills Job Responsibilities: Design and Create Create storyboards, 3D assets, concept art (look development/styling) for our animation team.
