• Tenant Relations: Build and maintain positive relationships with residents.
• Leasing and Marketing: Manage leasing processes and implement effective marketing strategies.
• Property Maintenance: Oversee property maintenance and ensure a clean, safe, and attractive living environment.
• Administrative Tasks: Handle day-to-day administrative tasks, including rent collection and record-keeping.
• Conflict Resolution: Address tenant concerns and resolve conflicts in a timely and efficient manner.

Qualifications:

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Knowledge of local housing regulations.
• Problem-solving mindset and ability to handle challenging situations.
