Lead a multi-brand food business as a contract manufacturer.

What You’ll Do:

• Build strong connections with your local community while serving food that brings people together.
• Operate a multi-brand food business, kitchen (with cooking), customer service, inventory management, while maintaining a high standard of operations.
• Hire, train, and manage staff as your operation grows.
• Learn how to grow a business.
• Oversee compliance, including health and safety regulations, to ensure smooth operations.

Requirements

• Ready to take your experience to next level from running a small business, or side hustle
• Ability to adapt and solve problems quickly in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
• Proven time management skills and the ability to multitask effectively.
