Job Summary
We are seeking a compassionate and experienced Licensed Counselor to join our team. The ideal candidate will provide both in-person and telehealth counseling services, offering support to individuals and groups dealing with anxiety, depression, PTSD, and other mental health issues, as well as court-mandated counseling and psychoeducation.

Responsibilities

• Conduct individual and group therapy sessions for clients with a variety of mental health concerns.
• Develop and implement personalized treatment plans.
• Provide support and counseling for anxiety, depression, PTSD, and other mental health issues.
• Facilitate psychoeducation group sessions focusing on positive alternatives, anger management, substance use treatment, DUI education, domestic violence, and court-mandated counseling.
• Conduct screening assessments and intake orientations.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of client interactions and progress.
• Provide crisis intervention when needed.
• Stay current with best practices and therapeutic techniques.
• Adhere to all facility and licensing standards

Qualifications

• Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), or equivalent in the state of Arizona.
• Experience in a clinical setting or related field.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Flexibility to accommodate part-time scheduling.
• May involve evening or weekend hours depending on client needs and scheduling.
