Parts Manager – Automotive

Gerald Ford is a leading automotive dealership committed to providing exceptional service and quality products to our customers. We pride ourselves on delivering top-notch automotive solutions, and we are currently seeking a dynamic Parts Manager to join our team.

Job Responsibilities

  • Manage and oversee all aspects of the automotive parts department.
  • Maintain optimal inventory levels to meet customer demand and ensure efficient operations.
  • Supervise parts sales staff and provide training and guidance as needed.
  • Reconcile daily parts invoices
  • Track the daily gross sales of parts department
  • Reconcile and report shortages and/or damage
  • Reconcile parts/warranty return reports

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in automotive parts management, preferably with Ford products.
  • Proven track record of success in sales and customer service.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire team members.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Proficiency in inventory management.
  • Knowledge of automotive parts and accessories, including familiarity with Ford products.
  • Assertive attitude with a passion for delivering exceptional service and results.
