OrthoAtlanta Seeks Passionate Orthopedic Sports Medicine Physician Assistant

Do you have a passion for orthopedic sports medicine and a desire to collaborate with highly skilled surgeons? OrthoAtlanta is seeking a motivated Physician Assistant (PA) to join our team in Fayetteville and Peachtree City, Georgia.

In this dynamic role, you will:

• Work alongside fellowship-trained orthopedic sports medicine surgeon in both office and hospital settings.
• Evaluate and treat patients with a wide range of orthopedic and sports injuries in independent clinics.
• Assist in surgery as needed.
• Conduct consultations in the emergency room and hospital.
• Participate in patient rounding and call duties.
• Contribute to Friday night football clinic coverage and game support.

Requirements

• Graduate of an accredited Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner program
• Ability to be licensed by the State of Georgia.
• Former Athletic Training experience preferred
• Must be able to work independently and work well with co-workers
• Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills
• Strong problem-solving skills with flexible and creative approach
• Excellent oral and written communication skills
• Able to communicate professionally and effectively with all member of the healthcare team as well as in simple, concise and soothing language to patients and families
