Overview:Adoration Health is seeking a compassionate Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) for a part-time position in Knoxville, TN. This role involves providing total care for a 5-year-old male patient, offering the opportunity to make a significant impact while enjoying a consistent schedule. Experience with pediatric patients is a plus!

Schedule:

+ Monday - Friday, 4:00 PM - 9:00 PM (Part-Time)

Responsibilities:

+ Provide total care, including assistance with daily living activities, personal hygiene, and mobility support.

+ Monitor and document the patient's condition, ensuring effective communication with the healthcare team.

+ Offer emotional support and companionship to the patient and family.

+ Follow the established care plan to ensure the patients comfort and safety.

Responsibilities

+ Responsible for assisting clients with either personal care or home management tasks

+ This would include assistance with basic personal hygiene and grooming, feeding and ambulation, medical monitoring, and other basic health care related tasks

+ Home Management includes tasks that include basic housekeeping, shopping and other related housekeeping tasks

Qualifications

+ Minimum age requirements is 18 years

+ Valid driver's license, with satisfactory driving record, as defined by agency policy

+ Certification, if required by state licensure as a CNA or Home Health Care Aide in the state in which the aide is to provide care

+ Completion of a recognized home care aide training program or 6 months of recent experience as an aide

+ Must be able to utilize proper body mechanics while lifting and may be expected to lift up 75 lbs.; must be able to sit, stand, and walk for periods of time and bend, stoop, push, pull, and reach
