Job Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented QA Tester to join our team! In this role, you will develop, execute, and refine test scripts to ensure the quality, integration, and performance of our Salesforce Health Cloud Program. Your responsibilities will include identifying and resolving system issues, conducting regression and end-to-end (E2E) testing, and working closely with Salesforce Administrators to validate business requirements. If you have a passion for continuous improvement and flawless system execution, we want you! This hybrid role requires two days per week onsite at our North Scottsdale, AZ corporate office. We do not offer visa sponsorship at this time. Key Responsibilities: Develop and execute comprehensive test plans and cases to ensure the functionality and performance of the Copado Regression Test Suite. Conduct exploratory testing to identify issues and areas for improvement. Analyze test results, debug logs, and track issues during User Acceptance Testing (UAT). Collaborate with Salesforce Administrators to verify successful implementation of project requirements. Work with cross-functional teams to ensure security, data integrity, and business requirements are met. Provide clear documentation and reporting on defects, issues, and test results. Troubleshoot and resolve bugs with Salesforce Admins to ensure optimal system performance. Identify opportunities for test automation to streamline processes and reduce manual efforts. Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field (preferred). 1-3 years of experience in software testing or quality assurance, preferably within a Salesforce environment. Experience testing complex Salesforce solutions, developing automated tests (including Copado Robotic Testing), and executing data migrations. Strong familiarity with tools like Copado, JIRA, and Confluence for managing test cases and documentation.
