We're looking for enthusiastic instructors to teach live online classes for the New Hampshire pre-licensure real estate course. This role offers the opportunity to help aspiring real estate professionals succeed in their journey to becoming licensed agents—all from the comfort of your home.
What You'll Be Doing:
As an instructor, you'll deliver engaging, live online lessons that follow the New Hampshire pre-licensure curriculum. Classes are typically 1-3 hours long and held during weekday evenings or weekends. Our platform is designed to make learning accessible, fun, and efficient, ensuring our students feel confident in passing their exams and starting their real estate careers.

What You'll Need to Succeed:
At least 3 years of experience as a licensed New Hampshire real estate broker (required by state law).
An active New Hampshire real estate broker license.
Access to a stable cable or fiber internet connection (minimum 25 Mbps download/5 Mbps upload), a webcam, and a microphone.
A quiet, professional teaching space (e.g., a home office or room with a blank wall).
The ability to teach at least 4 hours per week during evenings or weekends.
A commitment to attend occasional meetings, assist with curriculum updates, and support school activities.
Ability to pass a background check.
Bonus Points For:
Experience teaching in an online or in-person classroom setting.
A current New Hampshire real estate instructor approval, DREI designation, or similar credentials.
