We are seeking a Receptionist to join our team located in Newport, Rhode Island. In this role, you will be primarily tasked with handling incoming calls and ensuring accurate recording of messages. You will also be required to utilize our CRM system to manage client data and guide incoming calls to the appropriate client manager. This role offers a short-term contract employment opportunity.

Responsibilities:
• Handle incoming calls efficiently and professionally
• Record accurate messages, names, and phone numbers from callers
• Utilize our CRM system for data entry and client management
• Determine the client manager based on the caller's state
• Handle steady to busy call volumes effectively
• Use Microsoft Teams for internal and external communication
• Maintain an organized filing system of customer records
• Use Microsoft Word for document creation and management
• Perform email correspondence as needed
• Utilize interpersonal skills to provide excellent customer service.• Proficiency in answering multi-line phone system
• Demonstrated customer service skills
• Experience in data entry tasks
• Ability to manage email correspondence effectively
• Strong interpersonal skills for interacting with clients and team members
• Familiarity with Microsoft Outlook for scheduling and communication
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word for document creation and editing
• Experience in organizing files and maintaining records
• Knowledge of CRM (Customer Relationship Management) systems for managing customer interactions
• Familiarity with Microsoft Teams for virtual collaboration and communication.
