Pay: $60,000–$75,000 annually + a bonus for every successfully placed role (eligible after 6 months of employment)

Our client is seeking a Recruiter to join their team and manage full-cycle recruiting for office and sales roles across the nation.

Job Description:

The Recruiter will partner with hiring managers to identify talent needs, develop hiring strategies, and deliver top-tier candidates. This role focuses on building strong pipelines, enhancing candidate experiences, and ensuring a seamless hiring process.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including job postings, resume reviews, interviews, and onboarding.
• Collaborate with department managers to craft detailed job descriptions and hiring criteria.
• Source both active and passive candidates through job boards, professional networks, and referrals.
• Utilize ATS platforms to track candidates and streamline workflows.
• Coordinate interview schedules and provide guidance to hiring teams.
• Negotiate salary offers, incentives, and start dates with selected candidates.
• Ensure compliance with employment regulations and company policies.
• Represent the company at recruitment fairs and events to build talent pipelines.

Qualifications:

• Experience: 3+ years of recruiting experience, including sales roles; medical or beauty device experience preferred.
• Technical Skills: Proficient in ATS systems experience
