Manpower, in Lincoln NE , is seeking a Recruiter to join their team ' In the Office '. The ideal Recruiter will possess a 'full cycle' recruiting experience, which goes from talent sourcing to attracting candidates to interviewing and hiring great employees.  The responsibilities of the Recruiter are to ensure our company attracts, hires, and retains the best employees, while growing a strong talent pipeline.

Pay Range: 21.00 an hour
What is the Job?

• Design and implement overall recruiting strategy.
• Develop and update job descriptions and job specifications.
• Source and recruit candidates by using databases, social media etc.
• Screen candidates resumes and job applications.
• Conduct interviews using various reliable recruiting and selection tools/methods to filter candidates within schedule.
• Onboard new employees to become fully integrated.
• Monitor and apply HR recruiting best practices.
• Function as a point of contact and build influential candidate relationships during the selection process.
• Promote company’s reputation as “best place to work.”

• Proven work experience as a Recruiter of at least 1 year (either an in-house recruiter or staffing agency recruiter).
• Solid ability to conduct several types of interviews (structured, competency-based, stress levels, etc.)
• Hands-on experience with various selections processes (phone interviewing, reference checks, etc.)
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Hands-on experience with recruiting software, as well as Human Resource Information Systems (HRIS) or Human Resource Management Systems (HRMS)
• Strong decision-making skills

• Wages: 21.00 an hour
• Full time -- Monday through Friday
