We are seeking a Restaurant Manager who is a US citizen to oversee the daily operations of our restaurant. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring excellent customer service, managing inventory, controlling labor costs, and maintaining high-quality food and beverage standards.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee the daily operations of the restaurant, including opening and closing procedures
• Manage a team of servers, bartenders, and kitchen staff to ensure excellent customer service
• Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and standards
• Control labor costs by effectively scheduling staff and managing inventory
• Monitor and maintain high-quality food and beverage standards
• Develop and implement strategies to increase sales and profitability
• Build strong relationships with customers and vendors
• Conduct performance evaluations and provide coaching and feedback to staff
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment

Requirements:

• US citizenship
• 3+ years of experience as a Restaurant Manager or Assistant Manager
• High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's degree in Hospitality or related field preferred
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Ability to work varied shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for long periods of time
• Knowledge of food safety and sanitation procedures
• Basic math skills and ability to manage cash handling
