Job Description:

We are seeking motivated individuals to become Owner Operators and partner with us in the thriving roofing market. As an Owner Operator, you will have the opportunity to earn 80% of the profits from your roofing business while we handle the operational side. No previous experience is required, though it is beneficial. You will also have the chance to recruit other Owner Operators in over 20 different markets, creating additional residual income.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and manage a sales organization within the roofing industry.
• Utilize your skill set to generate leads, close sales, and build client relationships.
• Partner with us for operational support and industry training.
• Recruit and onboard other Owner Operators to expand your network and increase earnings.

What We Offer:

• Profit Share: Earn 70% of the profits from your roofing business starting out and have the ability to cap out at 80%
