Sales Manager - Aviation and Aerospace

Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced Sales Manager with a strong background in the aviation and aerospace industries. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales growth and managing client relationships, while leveraging their expertise in MRO and manufacturing to meet the needs of our customers.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue targets in the aviation and aerospace sectors.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders in the industry.
• Conduct market research and analysis to identify new business opportunities.
• Collaborate with engineering and manufacturing teams to ensure customer requirements are met.
• Provide regular sales forecasts and reports to senior management.
• Attend industry conferences and events to promote company products and services.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of sales experience in aviation or aerospace industries.
• Strong knowledge of MRO and manufacturing processes in the aviation sector.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
