Overview
We're seeking a results-driven Sales Development Manager to play a key role in driving the growth of our B2B business by leading and elevating our SDR team. You will manage and develop a team of 15 SDRs, all based remotely in the Philippines, through direct coaching and by empowering their local team leads. This role will focus on skill-building, performance optimization, and strategy alignment, enhancing our SDRs' effectiveness in cold calling and emailing by emphasizing personalization, discovery, and relevance.
This is a hybrid role based in Seattle, WA.

About You
The starting base salary for this position is $100,000 - $120,000, with on-target earnings of $180,000 - $200,000. Total compensation offered for this role will be dependent on the candidate's experience, qualifications, skills and abilities as demonstrated in the interview and hiring process.
