Job Description

Clients come to Movers+Shakers for cutting-edge creative work that creates deep connections to culture. In doing so, we manage an eclectic mix of client's brand channels and their Always On community.

We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Senior Creative Producer to manage the work streams for our Always On / Content portfolio for a creative technology giant with a 3+ year relationship ahead of us. Our always-on scopes are complex, prioritizing Excellence, Agility and Volume every day, and this role will help champion those three principles of our work. While organization and resource-management is a key function of this role, it is also highly creative, and requires someone with a deep knowledge of both production and content management.

You will help shape the future of social media advertising for one of the world's most iconic and forward-thinking tech brands with revolutionary software solutions that empower creativity and productivity across the globe.

This role will be part of a senior cross-functional team dedicated to this client. As part of this relationship you will walk the halls and collaborate with senior clients and internal teams three days a week from their office in downtown San Francisco.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee end-to-end production for the Always On content created for the assigned client and their entire portfolio of business
  • Weave the realities of production with strong creative ideas, ensuring the proper balance of "pushing the envelope" and feasibility during the ideation and planning stage
  • Manage the development and execution of detailed production schedules and plans in order to keep all teams working toward a common goal
  • Develop and maintain positive relationships with clients, cross-functional teams, vendors, and contractors
  • Managing overall production while teaming with the Creative Director and Operations leader to execute projects
  • Forecast, manage and track all budgets in order to stay within scope
  • Maintain a roster of freelance creatives, editors, producers and content creators
  • Negotiate and manage vendor deliverables, contracts, and relationships to ensure flawless execution and optimum return on investment
  • Organize and oversee of all vendor and contractor agreements as well as all invoices and payment
  • Work closely with the Creative Director to monitor, review and filter all creative briefs and subsequent content, ensuring they are clear and thorough and content aligns with the brief
  • Post production supervision for both creators and editors
  • Managing internal asset filing for always-on team, ensuring all content is up to date and accessible
  • Manages, monitors and filters incoming resource requests related to content creation for the assigned client
  • Maximizes the team's workload efficiency by streamlining processes
QUALIFICATIONS
  • You are a creative problem solver
  • 6-8 years of production experience within the advertising, entertainment, and/or media publishing space
  • Be onsite at client's office in San Francisco for approximately 3 days per week
  • Proficiency with Adobe products
  • Experience with a variety of styles of production, from run-and-gun productions, handheld on-the-street, table-top, talent-led shoots, on-location, live event filming, etc.
  • Experience in working with global markets and versioning/translating content highly preferred
  • Extensive experience producing for video and social media content
  • Experience producing experiential activations and/or live events is highly preferred
  • Experience in creating and managing budgets + timelines
  • Experience leading relationships with client and educating them on and nuances regarding the creative and production processes
  • Highly organized and and adept at balancing multiple projects simultaneously
  • Able to thrive in high pressure, fast-paced, and ambiguous environments
  • Caring collaborator, accustomed to working with and understanding the needs of both internal and external stakeholders

BASE SALARY RANGE

Our estimated range for this role is $110,000-125,000*

*Don't let this range drive your decision to apply. Actual compensation packages are based on the level of skill and experience each candidate brings to their role. Similarly, there might also be a more senior or junior position available, that would be a better fit with your expertise. For example, a person may apply for a Senior Creative Producer role, and we may assess that their skills are at the Creative Producer level. Each level has its own compensation range.
