Salary: $80,000 - $125,000 per year

Job Details Responsibilities:
- Preparation and review of federal and state income tax returns for individuals, corporations, and partnerships.
- Managing a portfolio of clients and delivering high-quality tax service.
- Identifying and mitigating tax risks through careful planning and analysis.
- Coordinating and communicating with client personnel to gather tax information and resolve tax-related issues.
- Keeping up-to-date with changes in tax legislation and advising clients accordingly.
- Assisting with IRS audit defense including preparing responses, creating schedules, etc.
- Supervising and mentoring junior members of the tax team (if needed).
This is an in office or hybrid position (no fully remote option).
Qualifications:
Is your background a fit? Please apply if you meet the following criterion:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field. Masters in Taxation or CPA certification is highly preferred.
- Experience tax returns for individuals and businesses (1040, 1065, 1120, etc.)
- 3+ years of experience in public accounting with a focus on tax
