Job Details
A real estate firm is seeking a highly skilled Property Accountant to join the team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing the accounting functions for our multi-family properties. You will work closely with our property management team to ensure that all financial transactions are accurate and timely.
Is your background a fit? Apply if you meet this criteria:
Associate's degree in Accounting or Business Administration, or equivalent business experience
7+ years of experience in Accounting and Residential Property (multi-family housing, or affordable housing) experience
Experience with Yardi software
Intermediate or higher level Excel skills
Proficient in transactional and standard report proficiency
Highly organized with demonstrable prioritization and deadline management capabilities.
Attention to detail and strong analytical skills.
Collaborative and superlative work ethic.
