Teller Job Responsibilities:

• Customer Engagement: Welcome customers and address their questions, concerns, and account-related issues.
• Cash Management: Ensure accurate cash drawer operations and maintain proper documentation for all cash transactions, balancing your drawer at the end of each day.
• Transaction Handling: Process a variety of financial transactions, such as deposits, withdrawals, and loan payments.
• Record Management: Keep detailed and accurate records of all transactions and customer interactions.
• Issue Resolution: Address customer issues and discrepancies swiftly and professionally.
• Technical Proficiency: Utilize banking software and systems to execute transactions and manage accounts effectively.

Qualifications:

• High School Diploma or GED.
• No prior financial service experience necessary.
• Basic math and computer skills required.
• Customer service experience is advantageous.
• Cash handling experience is preferred but not mandatory.

Hours: Our hours vary based on branch needs, but standard operating hours are Monday through Friday from 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM and Saturday from 8:00 AM to 12:00 PM.
