Description & Requirements The Timecard Administrator (TCA) will provide document and data handling support by reviewing and processing timecard information received via email or Teams for the FEMA contract.
This position will require you to have availability to work an eight (8) hour shift, (5) days per week anytime between the hours of 6:30AM to 2:00AM EST (including weekends)
This is a temporary role** Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Works on assignments that are semi-routine in nature but recognizes the need for occasional deviation from accepted practice.
- Perform repetitive clerical steps such as document verification, manage inbound and outbound routine calls, and greeting guests.
- Perform entry-level clerical duties requiring general knowledge and the application of various work methods and procedures.
- Provide administrative support to project and operations management, which may include identifying, anticipating, and meetings needs of all departments.
High School diploma or equivalent required
-Minimum 1 year customer service/help desk/administrative/telemarketing experience required.
-Attention to detail and the ability to maintain accuracy is required.
-Previous experience with timecard administration is preferred.
-Demonstrated customer service, leadership, and team interaction skills preferred
-Must be US Citizen per client requirements
-Ability to pass a federal background check
-Must reside in Contiguous US
Home Office Requirements: - Hardwired internet (ethernet) connection (no WIFI or Hotspot)
- Internet download speed of 25mbps and 5mbps (10 preferred) upload or higher required (you can test this by going to )
-Private work area and adequate power source
Minimum Requirements
- High School diploma or equivalent with 1-3 years of experience.
- May have training or education in area of specialization.
