Our client is seeking a Speech Language Pathology Assistant (SLPA) to join their growing team. As an SLPA, you will support Speech Language Pathologists in assessing patients, implementing treatment plans, and assisting with therapy activities focused on improving communication and swallowing skills. You will also provide support to individuals and their families, helping to reinforce strategies outlined in personalized treatment plans. Additionally, you will update patient records according to departmental processes.

Qualifications:

• Current Texas license as a Speech Language Pathology Assistant
• Associate’s degree or higher from an accredited program
• Excellent teamwork and collaboration skills
• Strong interpersonal skills, including patience, empathy, and compassion
• Effective communication skills
• Fast and adaptive problem-solving abilities
