Title: RPA Quality Analyst Location: Remote, with regional flexibility within the U.S. Description: The RPA Quality Analyst will play a critical role in ensuring the quality, accuracy, and performance of automated solutions within a dynamic environment. This position requires strong analytical skills and experience in testing automation workflows. The successful candidate will collaborate with cross-functional teams, develop robust testing strategies, and contribute to the successful delivery of automation projects. Work closely with stakeholders to translate business requirements into effective test plans and strategies. Develop, review, and refine test cases to align with project specifications. Conduct comprehensive functional testing to ensure automation workflows perform as expected. Identify, document, and track defects, working with development teams for timely resolution. Perform regression and integration testing to verify system stability and compatibility. Use automation testing tools to create and execute test cases for RPA workflows. Develop and maintain test scripts for automation validation. Assess automation performance, identifying bottlenecks and optimizing for efficiency. Maintain detailed test documentation, including test plans, cases, and results. Provide regular reports on testing progress, defect tracking, and quality metrics. Collaborate with development teams, business analysts, and other stakeholders to address quality concerns. Participate in cross-functional discussions to ensure alignment on testing strategies and results. Required Skills: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. Experience as a Quality Analyst with a focus on RPA or automation projects. Knowledge of automation testing tools and frameworks. Proficiency in test case development, execution, and defect tracking. Strong problem-solving and analytical skills. Excellent communication and collaboration abilities. Desired Skills: Familiarity with automation testing tools and scripting languages. Experience with regression, integration, and performance testing. Understanding of automation best practices in various business environments. Background in working within structured testing and development processes. Certification in RPA or quality assurance methodologies is a plus.
