The Role:

You will play a key role in managing inbound and outbound shipments, maintaining operational accuracy, and ensuring compliance with safety and industry regulations.
What You’ll Do:
Lead and develop a team of warehouse personnel, fostering a culture of accountability and continuous improvement
Manage warehouse operations, including receiving, storage, inventory control, and order fulfillment for oil and gas products
Optimize space utilization, workflow, and logistics to maximize efficiency
Ensure accurate inventory tracking and collaborate with internal teams to prevent shortages and delays
Oversee equipment maintenance and enforce strict safety compliance in alignment with industry standards
Troubleshoot operational challenges in real-time, ensuring minimal disruptions to supply chain processes
What You Bring:
Proven experience in warehouse leadership, ideally within the oil and gas, industrial, or heavy equipment sectors

Strong knowledge of inventory management systems and logistics best practices
