Estimator - Construction/Restoration Estimator needed for the countrys leading disaster Restoration Company. We currently have openings for an experienced Estimator with strong leadership skills, problem solving abilities, and excellent work ethic. Residential construction and fire/water restoration knowledge is desired. Xactimate and Carrier Program experience required.
This position offers a base salary with bonus opportunity based on performance. After a short probationary period, we offer comprehensive benefits and an opportunity to grow within our team.

Estimator Responsibilities / Tasks

• Applicants must possess strong customer service skills.
• Have excellent interpersonal, oral and written communication skills.
• Professionally represent the Paul Davis Restoration principles of honesty and integrity.
• Practice immediacy when responding to customers and clients.
• Must be able to handle high volume and work with a team to achieve success.
• Ability to schedule and produce estimates/damage assessments quickly and accurately using Xactimate software.
• Ability to provide compassion and understanding for customers throughout the restoration process.
• Ensure that the job is brought to completion and collection in a timely fashion.

Skills Qualifications:

• MS Office (MS Excel, MS Word, MS Outlook)
• Xactimate estimating software experience required
• Problem solving, multi-task and meet demanding deadlines
• Experience working with TPA's and other Program work.

• Salary: $40,000-$55,000 base, plus bonus
