AJA 3G-AM Mini Converter

Embed and disembed up to eight channels of SDI audio with the AJA 3G-AM Mini-Converter. The 3G-AM uses a breakout cable which can provide eight channels of AES audio over XLR either in or out depending on the unit's configuration. The 3G-AM can be set up to either take audio from an incoming SDI feed and route it to the AES outputs or route audio coming into the AES inputs to append to an outgoing SDI signal. The output SDI signal is re-clocked to preserve the signal integrity over long cable runs.
